You use the handicapped shower at the gym because standing up for the length of the shower really is just not an option. OR...after a looooonnngggg run, you have raw rubbed sore spots under your boobies from your jog bra.

Yeah...do this. I hate, hate, hate the wind but it is a good resistance workout! I'm supposed to do 4 miles today and we have 40+mph gusts...it may be a treadmill day, I'm still deciding.

I do taper before. My training plan actually did say to run 15-20 minutes the day before but I didn't . Maybe I will next time. I never thought about a rest day for every hour, that's good advice! I have the APP on my Iphone and my IPad. I LOVE it! Then I can track as soon as I eat and put my exercise in while I'm still in the gym locker room. I think it's available on Droid too.

YES! Maybe it's the moon today or something. I'm like a bottomless pit today! I eat, feel pretty okay then in an hour I'm hungry again. Water is NOT helping, now I'm just water logged and have to pee every 5 minutes. I hate, hate, hate hollow days! Just know you're not alone on this one today!

The hubby buys me the tobelrone for my PMS moments. Generally I'm pretty good about regulating how much of it I eat. He says that I get this "glazed over fat kid" look in my eye and it creeps him out a little bit. LOL!
