  • I am just getting back on the wagon...feel free to add me and give me a kick when you see me falling off again! (I miss Starbucks...sigh)
  • If you're on Facebook, see if there are local buy/sell groups on there... there are several Craigslist-like FB pages in my area.
  • Honestly... I try to avoid the "perfect," photoshopped/unhealthy images as much as I can. That means I watch a lot less TV and don't buy fashion mags, etc. I've found that when I've been more exposed to the Hollywood "every woman is a size 00 and has no body fat/cellulite/body hair/imperfections," I start to feel much more…
  • sure! although, like pp-er's said, you need to do enough rep's that it really "counts" I have seen DVD's of "yoga with your baby" with kind of the same idea... maybe check them out :)
  • @itsuki - thanks so much :)
  • I've done Weight Watchers before, which I liked, but I actually think MFP is easier :) That being said, they base their "points" system on balancing the calories, fat, and fiber in any particular food... generally, lower fat and calories and higher fiber are good. Unless your doctor is super worried about your blood…
  • I second pitas... you can also use pitas for pizza crust... cut them in half so that you have two circles, toast them in the oven or a toaster over for a minute or two, then top with marinara and low fat mozz and veggies and broil again... super great and low cal!
