The sweeter the fruit, the more the sugar. A sour green grape would have less sugar than a sweet purple grape by a little. But fruit is healthy, don't worry about it. Keep away from refined sugars and you will do great!

Each person's body is different depending on your age, male or female or what health problems you have. For an example, I can loose faster by eating less carbs as they turn to sugar. And at my age everything goes to tummy fat.

Right now I am trying to stay under 100 net carbs per day, and one or two days a week down to 60 net carbs, so I will not be adding any grains or rice. When I walk the treadmill I like to do my Rosary and Divine Mercy chaplet, then some personal prayers and maybe a St. Michael prayer and a Memoriarie. It really makes a half hour go fast.

Looks like you might be in starvation mode. You need to eat those 1200 calories plus your exercise calories! I see days you are under 800 or 900 calories. I watch both calories and carbs. Also if you eat carbs that are high in fiber that helps also as Net Carbs = Carbs - Fiber.

If I need to eat out, I will stop and get a Subway salad, love those healthy spinach leaves and all the veggies! The sandwiches can be low fat, but watch the amount of carbs with all the bread. As with anything....moderation.

It is hard, but try new healthy foods. Cut out junk and fat. Your appitite will change, but it is slow. Your body will soon crave what it needs.
