Yes it does, that is why we are to eat all of our exercise calories, out body needs it. If you do not eat exercise calories you will soon find yourself very tired and wore out.

If you eat it, it counts. BUT......if you are adding your exercise calories you should be eating plenty. If you have 1500 calories to eat and you add.......lets say 200 calories of exercise, then you have 1700 to eat!

Get some light weights and use them when your are walking, zumba or what ever. I walk the treadmill each day and my arms are doing different aerobic movements with weights in my hands. Weights will not make you muscular, but it will help you burn the fat in those areas.

Subway salads are a lot less calories than Mc Donalds salads. Subway sandwhiches are are a lot better for you than Mc Donalds also. I take a lunch box to work each day so I can watch what eat. I take the Womens Ultra Mega Active (one bottle, 2 pills a day) is great! I purchased the gold card about 10 years ago and saved a lot over the years. If you buy consistantly, the yearly cost of the Gold card goes down. I have never tried those packets with 7 pills (I hate pills).

Last week my doc gave me some blood tests, I was low on D3 and he explained how important it is. So he gave me 1000mg of D3 twice a day to take for one month and then wants me to continue to take 1000mg once a day after that. I have lost more this week than I have in a long time, so I hope this is that I really needed.

I find I loose weight when I stay around 100 NET carbs per day. On here that is Carbs minus fiber = Net Carbs. If you watch your carbs, you sugar will stay right in line. My doctor said to never go under 1200 calories, but you should eating that plus what ever exercise calories you are burning. If you burn 500 calories, you should eat 1700. Sounds weird, but it works. I like to eat an oreo cookie every night to help get my medicine down. Only 50 calories! Everything in moderation. If we deny ourselves for too long, then we will go pig out and that is not good.

See a doctor right away. My doctor told me as a 52 yr old women not to go under 1200 calories a day. I think a young man should be eating 2000 a day.

You are fine. We can have some days we go over and some days we go under. Yo yo of our calories, carbs and calories burned are good for loosing weight. If you want to lower carbs, try to eat more veggies than fruit. Also cut back on pasta and bread. You don't have to totally cut them out, just minimize them.

MFP takes into concideration of your height and weight you have entered. The machines try to post what the average person would burn.

I do well on low carb. I try to eat 100 net carbs to loose weight. On your chart it will be carbs minus fiber is net carbs. Some people go as low as 60, but that is hard to maintain. Also know as you introduce more carbs back into the diet, you will gain. Try to find a level you can live with long term.

Stay within your calorie allowance every day. If you want to exercise more after your birthday that would help. Do not lower calories or your metabolizm will slow down and that is the last thing you want.

You might be gaining muscle. Keep up the exercise, muscle turns more calories than fat. Also watch those calories.

When I cook, I always check the calories so when I put it in MFP I am aware of what calories it should be. Although at first I was missing the fact that some of the other stuff is not accurate like carbs, fats etc.
