Hello! I have been working out daily for about 6 weeks now and losing 1-2lbs a week. My problem is that every time that I increase my exercise amount/length, my appetite skyrockets!!!! Does anyone else have this problem and what have you found to help?

Me too!!!! When I burn a lot I want to eat a lot... I swear I can eat like a man, LOL. Really I have not found anything to help though... except working out even more so I can eat more.... it's an endless cycle!0

I definitely notice that as well! what seems to help me out is to snack though. If i snack more in a day between meals and drink water I'm not hungry. I hope that helps you out. keep me updated:)0

Yes it does, that is why we are to eat all of our exercise calories, out body needs it. If you do not eat exercise calories you will soon find yourself very tired and wore out.0

Try some protein after your workout, that seems to help me!0

You may also need to up the Protein levels..as MFP has an average base amount...check out this site to help.. I also, had this problem before..and I raised my protein levels as another one of my MFP friends had suggested this in a previous post..I changed my % to 40-30-30

Try a protein shake after working out.0

PS... I eat a good bit of protein and it doesn't make a difference in my hunger... but it seemingly helps for others so maybe you can try it!0
