ive got a separated right shoulder and torn labrum in my left. i still front squat. drop your ego and start at a lighter weight.
-
sounds like an excuse to me.
-
there isnt much technical about them. they force your body to maintain an upright posture much moreso than back squats. also much more translation into real world strength.
-
gj! use a barbell though, its a lot easier on your shoulders!
-
i do walking lunges with dumb bells. static lunges never appealed to me.

put in fridge. wait till chilled. eat. just as healthy as peanut butter, 10000x the deliciousness.

and i said it has no nutritional value. .08 on a scale of 1.0 means it has no value as a protein. read that until you understand it. as in the only essential amino acid it has is leucine. as in it needs 7 more amino acids (and they have to be ESSENTIAL ones, not ones your body can produce) to be complete might wanna read…

pretty sure my information was presented. it has no nutritional value. you can inject collagen into aging joints, yeah. but as far as nutrition, its a junk food, just like fritos.
-
they have a real problem with people who like to work out intensely.
-
how come eating pork rinds didnt cure my stretched mcl?
-
lol whey isnt even on the scale. the scale is complete protein and how far off from being something usable to your body collagen is as a dietary source of protein. it said "complete protein" meaning every protein with a full amino acid profile. chicken, fish, steak, pork, bison, venison.... .08 is a long way off from 1.0
-
they put every non crossfit gym in my area out of business.
-
you mean like i did by giving the reason it is not a valuable dietary protein?

my leg day is everything. I dont see the point of breaking up hams and quads. i full squatted 405 and dead lifted 555 by doing legs the same all the time twice a week.
-
people kind enough to accept that i was on that equipment first instead of arguing as though they are entitled to it because i went to get some water.
-
nice routine, one thing, squats are much more quad/glute than hamstrings. hamstrings come into play once your legs are past 90 degrees, but they perform a secondary job not a primary.

http://www.ehow.com/facts_6370701_collagen-protein-its-nutritional-value_.html Protein Quality Collagen is not a complete protein because it is lacking in the amino acid tryptophan. A Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAA) of a complete protein is 1.0. Collagen's PDCAA score is 0.08. .08 1.0 is complete.…

there are a lot of minerals in rocks. does that mean that eating them gives us minerals? the amount of something is not the amino acid profile of said thing.
-
there are a lot of calories in cellulose. our body cant process those either. youre not getting protein from pork rinds. thats why they say "not a significant source of protein" on the bag.
-
it is not a protein that has a nutritional value. your body cannot metabolize it into amino acids. therefore it has no protein value.
-
I just posted it haha
-
you should put legs between chest and back and give your upper body a rest between major compounds.
-
deepn fried skin. collagen, no protein value.
-
think of food as fuel, not a drug. you can still make amazing meals that are high in nutritional value. chicken marsala, chicken tikka masala (indian) steak...
-
yes, my wife does the same thing. you burn a lot of calories being on your feet for 12 hours, but that also means you need to modify your activity level. if youre on your feet for 11 hours you have an active job.

good! always good to see women realizing they arent going to get the body of a man!
-
heavy bag is a great arms, shoulders, back abs work out.
-
lunges pull ups box jumps
-
that is a great rep range then.
-
this reads as a set (one set) of 35 reps.
