google calf stretches, hold each stretch for 60 seconds, do 4 stretches each side. as long as you feel the burn and pull, theyre stretching.

you need to up your weight. you should never be getting 35 reps unless its you doing calisthenics. 10 reps or less.

yes, i have a loose MCL, full squats make my knees feel much better than stopping at 90 degrees ever did.

his grip should def be narrower. right on outside of shoulders is best, and squat as low as you can. work on your ankle flexibility, so that you can get lower, push those knees out, and suck big air into your stomach.

anyway, to kip, kind of rock out from under the bar while drawing your knees up into your stomach. at the peak of where youve rocked yourself to, drive your legs down and pull up with your lats at the same time. control the negative.

shes a girl, pullups are hard enough for her as it is. she will def be able to do more that way, and kipping ten is better than 3 strict. shell build up to being able to do ten strict by kipping.

nike shox are the worst shoes there are. asics flat gels or vibram five fingers are the best workout shoes. you want minimal padding on the shoe. padded shoes mess up your stride and your body mechanics.

abs dont require workouts at all. compound lifts such as squats and dead lifts work them perfectly. any exercise you can do standing, do. you burn more calories and work your core the entire time.
