  • Hi there
  • Hey there :) You could be eating more then what you record. I had the same problem until I started watching this show and realized I would have a bite of this or that and not think to record it. Watch it, it's entertaining :) Good luck! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91hVJQXSUq8
  • Cheers for the advice and comments :) I think I will just forget about the scale and focus on my body and how I feel. I know this is the logical thing but sometimes you just need reassurance that I'm doing things right. I also upped my intake on water so that could be a factor I didn't think of before. Thanks all :) And…
  • Hey there :) It's great that you are giving up McDonalds! I am trying to get rid of most processed foods in my diet and working out regularly ( and sticking to it ) And it seems to be working :) I wish you great luck in your diet and keep up the great work! Also, take advantage of the jimjibangs there! The saunas are a…
  • Hey there :) What really helped me with the butterfly is to start off slow and get used to the kick first then work on the arm stroke and finally bringing it together. I always have this image in my head that I'm swimming under and then over a barrel in the water. Take your time learning it correctly and it should help. I…
  • Also if you want any more tips about eating healthy in Korea, feel free to send me an e-mail :) Good luck!
  • Hi there :) I was having the same problem. I thought I was eating healthy and working out but then I wouldn't loose any weight even when I was under calorie goal! It is so frustrating! Then I recently saw a British TV show on you tube called secret eaters, and that changed everything! First off there are tons more…
  • YES, sugar and salt can affect your diet. Low calories plus non healthy foods and a horrible combination

  • Thanks :) And that's great advice, I still have to work on my breathing and alternate breathing sides. I already keep a bottle of water next to the pool cause I get really thirsty while swimming. I'm checking out www.swimsmooth.com to help work on technique. Have a great day!
  • Great work! I just started swimming and today I just swam my first mile straight!!! I'm so happy :)
  • Thanks for the link Skinnybubbaga! And it's great reading all the posts! I think if you get into a pool more then one day a week you are a swimmer ;) So keep it up and have fun!
  • Oh this is great! I agree with all of you! I feel so relax and don't think about anything else :) The time flies! I live in Malaysia next to the ocean but I still like to go to the pool mainly because I am scared of jellyfish. But in two weeks there is a 6K swim from an Island to the mainland. I would like to try to work…
  • It's funny :) I just read this article today! Check out #9. http://www.livestrong.com/article/557242-how-drinking-coffee-could-improve-your-health/
  • Instead of lowering calories why not try to eat healthier? Every year I do a detox fasting. Yes, it's hard to do but afterwards I feel so amazingly healthy and clean. I also do it with a colonics and it really cleans you out of all the bad toxins in your body and might give you the jump start you need to get going again.…
  • Hey there :) I have to say I agree with the others. Maybe what will help is a mindset change. Don't just look at numbers for results, ask yourself how you feel. Do you feel healthier? Can you do your workouts without getting as out of breath as before? Do you have more confidence in yourself? Those are the things that…
  • Great work!!! Keep up the good work!!!
  • Thanks for the advice. I think that's what I'm going to have to do and avoid morning workouts ;)
  • Thanks for all the advice I'm getting and wow, it is straight to the point. I do have to point out that I lead a very active life, I live in Malaysia so it's always hot and next to a beach so I go swimming a lot, kayaking, trekking in jungles, mountain climbing and I even play gaelic football ( I don't know many Lazy…
  • Try dried figs if you have a sweet tooth and air popped popcorn sprinkled with nutritional yeast ( I know doesn't sound good but it gives it a cheesy taste that's guilt free)
  • Here was my yummy dinner :) Recipe: 1 cup of cooked quinoa as many different roasted veggies you want and like fresh cherry tomatoes fresh herbs fresh spring onion chopped fresh snow peas 1 oz. crumbled blue cheese chicken breast cooked and cut into cubes enjoy!
  • Hey there :) I am def. not a morning person and usually wake up the last possible minute before I have to get a shower, change and rush out the door. What works really great for me are green smoothies. I usually have some dark greens in the fridge already cleaned and stemmed so I add a handful to a blender then add a…
  • Wow, 65 pounds is a lot! Great job and you can totally see the difference!! And you can tell that you feel the difference too cause you have such a wonderful smile and feel good about yourself. Sending positive energy!!
  • Hey there :) I'm always looking for new friends :) Feel free to add me ;) Have a great day!
  • Try cooking and pre-packing your food when you go food shopping. It'll take you two hours to prep and cook all the food then put it all in a tupperware container and you're set for the whole week! 2 hours a week is not much time to make for eating healthy.
  • You are inspirational! Congrats and keep up the great work!
  • I LOVE Bok Choy :) It's great to chop up into salads because it lasts longer than green or red leaf lettuce. Also I like to steam it with just a bit of ground ginger and lemon zest for a nice side dish. Also It's great in stir fries!!!! Enjoy :)
