Thanks everyone, I really did work so so hard (still am). I have never been naturally small, even before my kids. I will have to keep working to maintain this and tone more. Thanks :) I started off with Hip Hop Abs daily, a dog walk for 15 mins daily (with a pram) and Zumba once a week. When I got bored I did 30 day shred, then some Ripped in 30. Now i find any workouts I can online for variety, atm I am doing the butt bible off youtube lol. I have also been doing the odd run. I don't go to…

I worked it out to be 13.6% with the military bf calc, and it must be so wrong cos that seems incredibly low and I know I have more fat than that lol. One day I will get it done properly because I would love to know.

I have a 6 months mid section difference pic. Not long after my 3rd son was born, and then a few months ago Now At goal now and am working on muscle definition :)

BUMP Good one OP, instead of the odd bump in your thread now there is a discussion about what bump means running throughout it, surely that is more annoying lol.

I agree with lifting weights, I don't think you have much to lose at all, just need to strengthen, tone and shape :)

I exercise at home during TOM fine. However I won't go to zumba at the beginning of it, because it just is not comfortable doing high impact jumping around and squatting, and my class is full on. I find TOM a good time to weight train and do fast walks.

This, also, being female depending on the time of month we can have fluctuations. I weigh monthly, a week after TOM for better accuracy. Weigh again after a poo ;) Edit to add, measuring is better :D

OP, All my extra weight is in my middle. If I gain, that is where it goes, legs etc seem to stay in proportion. Have a look at my before pics and you can see its all gut and hips, I didn't include the side profile but my belly protruded a lot. I focused a lot of my workouts on my stomach, you can read about it in my post…
