I didn't cut any particular foods out, but was mindful of over doing carbs etc. I just stayed within my cals (1200) plus ate back some exercise cals too, so I never just ate 1200 because I exercised daily. Thank you. To be honest, I am most proud of the fact that I set a goal and reached it. I actually accomplished something! I think it's the gemini in me that often causes me to flick from one thing to another without really finishing anything lol. I feel healthy and strong - and that feels great :-D

Thanks everyone :) I do zumba fitness once a week, and on the other days I do either Hip Hop Abs (dvd) or 30 Day Shred (dvd) and just mix them up depending on what I feel like. My HRM tells me I burn calories in the late 600s in 60 mins of high impact zumba fitness (not toning class) - it will vary on your own details tho.

YIp, I don't even have scales in my house. I weigh once a week at the chemist in the mall, I am more interested in the change I can see in photos, and the measure tape :)

I have toned my tummy (still in progress) with Hip Hop Abs, and more recently the 30 day shred (every day). I can't afford the gym and do all exercise at home.
