Update, burnt 692 in 58 mins and it was high intensity :) Happy with that! edit to add, zumbacalories.com puts it at 535. Glad I have a HRM

I am on 1200 cals, exercise daily so always eat more than that (but could never eat all my exercise cals cos I burn alot). I am in no way starving myself. I eat tons of things like spinach, mushrooms, olives, bananas, tomatos, avos, eggs, lean meat etc. And I eat chocolate - just not a whole block like the old me would…

I am going to use my polar HRM for the first time at zumba tonight, can;t wait to see what I burn. Will let you know. (171 cm, 62 kg female, will be 60 mins zumba fitness :)

I mix up hip hop abs, and the 30 Day Shred, but am getting bored of them, hence the meh - so need a new work out i think. Might try ripped in 30 so I don't get bored. :)

Serously, hang in there! When I first did it I thought I was gonna die. by about the 5th time I learnt how to do everything right and started getting more from it. The difference I made to my bod in 60 days. Using Hip Hop Abs, and 30 DS (L1&2) one of each daily plus walking the dog 20 mins a day. and a few days ago 3.8 kg loss, 12.5 cm off waist alone. 2.3 kgs to go til goal :) (altho not interested in the scales as much as shape/fitness) :)
