Update, weighed in Sat, and am at 62.7 kg. So 3.8 kgs in 61 days and 12.5 cm gone from my waist :) Yippy!

Thanks :) the Hip Hop Abs DVDs, and then the 30 DS (altho I haven't got to level 3 yet) and just walking the dog. Because it's only about 30 mins of my time I don't take a day off. I also googled some exercise moves and made up my own circuits when I got bored of the DVDs :)

It helped me lose a wee bit of weight and gain some muscle. Here is my progess so far, http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/438448-the-diff-60-days-on-mfp-can-do-pics Before pics are on pg 3 now.... Rather than losing weight with the shred, I lost inches :) It's a good workout! Good luck :)

Thanks, I was pretty determined to have no excuses not to swim with my kids this year :) I was swim suit ready. Still got a wee pot belly to move tho lol

Thanks everyone. The mods have removed the first pics because of my bra..... lol. Can I link to it or is it against the rules too? I was 66.4 kg at the start, and weigh in again tomorrow, last weight was Sat before Xmas and 64kgs. Not huge change in scales but big diff in measurements...last check was 11.5cm off my waist…

One day at a time for sure! When I first began 2 months ago, I almost stopped again cos I thought it was just too hard and will take too long. But then I read success stories on here and thought that small changes, exercise I enjoy, sticking to cals and drinking water, over time will pay off...and they are :-D

Because I worked hard for them, and was hungry lol. I think my food diary is open? I don't always eat them all back, but I still need fuel... whoops was meant to quote juliekitchen... Thanks everyone, I am stoked to get results with no gym, personal trainer or gimmicky equipment lol!

Mon Tue Wed 30 DS or Hip Hop Abs, Thur Zumba fitness, Fri Sat Sun 30 DS or Hip Hop Abs, 25 min walk with Pram and Dog daily. So I don't have a day off, should I?

This^^ I am doing it everyday too, I have been doing circuits and zumba for a while tho so can manage everyday without being too sore.

1200, and then on top I eat most of my exercise cals too, and I exercise daily.

Both? I go to a zumba fitness class once a week - so much fun and cool ladies, and I have just started the 30 DS which I will do every day except the day I have zumba....
