30DS Questions

Hey, I bought the 30DS about a month ago but haven't really gotten into it quite yet. I'm trying to think of a routine, and I'm wondering if I have to do it every single day or would there be rest days in between? If you're using it, what's your routine?
Also, how long do I do Level 1 before doing Level 2 then Level 3? Just whenever I feel like it? What's the norm?
Thx!

anyone?
Well anyway... I'm thinking that I'll start every second day and work my way to every day or perhaps weekdays on weekends off.
Since there are 3 levels of workout, I am going to do each one for 10 days and see how that goes.0 -
You are meant to do each level for 10 days, then move on. There is speculation as to whether to do it 30 days back to back or every other day or whatever, but I say do what works for you. I just started it (did my first one last night), and I plan to do level 1 two to three times per week for a month, then move to level 2 for a month, etc. I just wanted to some strength training incorporated into my week

Enjoy!

If you feel good enough to do it every single day, go for it, but if your body is telling you to take a day off for rest and recovery, do it. If you just want to do it occasionally mixed in with other workouts, do it. The whole '30 day' aspect is really hyped up but in reality it's just a workout and you can use it as much or as little as you want depending on your personal preferences. :-)
I do it most days but I do occasionally take a day off. And I did level 1 for 10 days and level 2 for 10 days and now I'm on level 3. It's the only structured program that I currently own or I might just mix it in for other things for variety. In fact I'm getting a few new DVDs for Christmas, after I finish my 'original' 30 days I'm going to continue to use the various levels whenever I want to just do something different.0 -
I'm on my 6th day of Level 1. I do it everyday, as well as 2-4 days of extra cardio. But it's really up to you and what you think that your body can handle. I'm planning on doing 10 days at each level as suggested but I think I might start Level 2 early and just spend more days on it because I've heard it's the hardest and I'm already feeling like Level 1 is getting easy. Just know that the first 3 days are the hardest and you've gotta push through those days & you'll feel better! Good luck & feel free to add me if you need some motivation or anything.0

Thanks everyone! I'm thinking I'll try it out everyday and see how my body reacts to it, and make adjustments if necessary.0
