see i considered protein shakes but i was told these represent a meal? and i wouldnt eat a meal after the gym!

I decided to diet alone for the first little while to see how I get on, then when I had a bit more body confidence I would hit the gym. I lost about 7 pounds in 2 or 3 weeks, which was pretty good. I lose about the same when I exercise. I think 30 Day Shred is more beneficial for toning than weight loss, so I wouldn't beat…

I have PCOS and I am quite successful with calorie counting only as opposed to carb counting. I find it relitavely easy to lose weight, but also easy to put it back on! Feel free to add me if you want to see my diary. :)

Right now its Malteater Bunnies! Those in the UK will probably know them, but for those that dont they're made by mars and are little chocolate bunnies with a creamy filling with pieces of the inside of Maltesers - YUM! Also, spooning. I <3 spooning! :flowerforyou:

Have you heard of those Maggi So Juicy bags? The're great. The chicken cooks in its own juice in the bag with flavouring (garlic, paprika, mixed herbs etc) and one breast only has about 160 calories. Then why not make home made wedges? Cut up a potato, spray with some FryLight and season with some spices - yum :) Stir-frys…
