I agree with everyone! It is a journey where we take baby steps. I know it can be depressing and frustrating, but stay focused at what your big goal is. Make small goals along the way and reward yourself for achieving them. I will only let myself get on the scale once every week or two. Otherwise I put too much pressure on…

Have you tried the Jillian's Shred or Ripped in 30? I did the Shred first and lost several inches and a few pounds. Its great for toning. Doing Ripped in 30 now. Both are very intense but great workouts! Highly recommend even though I secretly hate Jillian! She knows her stuff and you will get results!

Jillian's 30 Day Shred is FABULOUS!!!! Its only like 27 minutes. I've heard her Ripped in 30 is great (bought it but haven't started it yet). Doing Turbo Jam now and its pretty good. Forgot to mention, since the workout is only about 27 minutes long, I tried to do a speed walk 4-5 days a week for 30-45 minutes to get some extra cardio in. I think that helped too!

I only lost a total of 6 pounds I think, but I lost major inches in my waist (have a lot less love handles!) and thighs!!!! I did it basically everyday besides the week of Thanksgiving.
