30DS vs. Ripped in 30

I have seen a lot of posts and a lot of pics for people who have done both and I am impressed. I am following a modified BFL program, but I would really like to include one of these into my schedule. After 3 babies in less than 2 years, I need to tighten up my mid-section. For those who have done both - or 1 and really liked it - which would you recommend - 30DS or Ripped in 30?

This is just my personal opinion from my own experience, but I would do the Shred first. It is tough and you will be sore the first few days but it is SO worth it!!! I just started the Ripped in 30 and noticed it moves a little faster and is a little tougher. Also, she uses a lot of the basic moves from the Shred in it so it made it easier for me to catch on. I also think she is more "evil" in Ripped. She is not friendly at all while talking to you during the workout in Ripped. BUT she DOES know her stuff, her workout DO work, and you WILL get fabulous results doing them!!!
On a side note, I started with the Shred then after doing if for the 30 days I moved on to Turbo Jam. Although it is great cardio and a great burn, I didn't feel challenged like I did doing the Shred with Jillian. I didn't feel like I was getting a great intense workout. I did this for 3 weeks and the scale didn't really move. So I'm moving on to Ripped. I know I'll get great results again.
Good luck!0
