I don't wear mine all the time anymore because it is now so loose. I worry it will slip off during a workout or when I wash my hand in a restroom.

If you don't buy it you can't eat it. Try to keep healthier options at home so when you do get hungry you aren't grabbing a candy bar or other junk food. I think if you are otherwise healthy and drink plenty of fluids, the higher sodium allowance is okay. Especially if you are working up a sweat with your workouts.

I'll buck the trend and say I try to workout through it. Most times I feel better h. If not, then I gave and go back to bed. Sweating all those little viruses has to be a good thing.

Make sure that when you are clicking on foods you are adding to your diary that they have a few member confirmations. It is possible that the member who added them didn't add the sodium.
