I agree with this also...I am pretty close with one of my co-workers and he is married, I am in a relationship and we share stories and talk alot but only while at work. We do not communicate outside of work and I do believe in some way that helps this situation from getting physical. I will admit that personally yes I…

Here it is plain and simple: MFP has a calorie deficit for you that doesnt include the ones lost by excersice that is why you see you lose calories when you enter it in on the calculator to maintain the pace you are at you need to eat back what you lost during exercise.

I absolutely have no clue, it looks a bit ridiculous. I just know that I have NEVER done it before and plan to NEVER do it EVER lol.

Feel free to add me. Welcome back, I too just recently got back on from on and off multiple times. This time I would also like to stick with it. I am 5'7 191lbs looking to get down to 145-150ish.

The gym I go to has a women's locker room, men's locker room and a coed locker room. As I have read others saying I honestly don't mind if anyone is gay, lesbian, bi...and so on or if we all shared the same locker room but there are just things you don't do in a locker room. I am at the gym to workout and use the locker…

In all honesty and I am sure this is what you are looking for...I have tried it for a month last year when I first saw it on Dr. OZ I took 1 before lunch and 1 before dinner and it didnt work the only thing it did was throw my bowel movements out of whack and really upsetted my stomach on somedays. I didnt see any results…

Great thanks...I guess I am just confusing myself with visiting multiple websites.

I have never been a veggie person myself other than the occasional salad (with chicken, of course) or a serving of broccoli/green beans at dinner. I like fruits but I normally dont eat them...so what I personally have found helpful in getting my servings in is V8 fusion drink it has a serving a veggies and a serving of…

Your story is truly amazing and very inspiring. This really reached out to me and apparently many many others! If you can do it through all the obsticals then how come the rest of us cant? I applaud you for quit drinking and the unhealthy lifestyle. Depression is a hard thing to crack but you did it!!! Jackie seems like a…

I too am having this problem. MFP has me at 35 and like you said before dinner comes I am already in the red zone. I know since I am in the same boat I can't give much advice but I do say that from what you say you are intaking alot of fruits which are sugar yes natural sugar but still sugar. I know I have been trying my…

I try to eat at least a serving with my dinner every night. And I recently turned to V8-Fusion to get another serving a veggies and a serving of fruit.

Wow loving the feedback everyone. @LVCeltGirl I have read/heard alot of good things on Saucony and Asics but when I looked up Asics they were pretty pricy. @Rak0ribz I will have to check those stores out, thanks.
-
The plan is to start off small but yes lift heavy. The chucks I have heard are good for weight lifting but as I mentioned not really trying to buy multiple pairs of shoes. If I really get into lifting I think I will eventually have to look into buying a pair or something similiar.
-
My biggest reasoning of asking was because I am not much of a runner so I dont need all that grip and lightweight of a shoe. When I am at the gym I do alot of activities during the week as I said before. Also I want to get into weight lifting so I want a good all over shoe pretty much. It's just the prices of shoes now a…

I have been yo-yo diets and actually logging in recently and its my time to get back to it. My hubby's bday is in May and we plan to go to Las Vegas so it would be perfect for me to lose a little weight and tone up by then. So in other words I am definately in!

^^^ this exactly. it took me months just to lose 15lbs and I still have roughly 25lbs to lose. You are doing a great job so keep it up!!
