I'm trying to give it up too! I haven't had a soda in one week! I'm still missing it, but i'm trying to wein(sp?) myself off. I started drinking the flavored soda waters from Target. It has zero calories and a very small amount of sodium.

I don't think its rude, if they are your true friends, then they will support you all the way. So today i hit the gym for an hour and a half, not bad. A little sore, but not bad, and i feel strong. I haven't tried the push up test yet, (mainly out of fear and humility), but i will do it.
