My sis has hers logged in 4 hour intervals. try that starting around your normal wake up time. Just change the titles on your meals to times.

Omg! I had a similar experience... went to carls jr/green burrito out of everything on the menu I thought the simple bean and cheese burrito would be my best bet... to my dismay I came home and logged it... nearly 800 calories!!! Say what I shoulda just got the buger!

use the recipe feature under the food tab... it will give you the total for the entire recipe.

I am 5'8" and about 177, I got down to 160 it was hard to maintain, I think about 165 was great for me.

I totally feel you. I weigh less than when I started having kids and at 240 I would look back at those pictures and think I was so thin back then. Now I am BELOW that weight and still do not feel slim. I wonder if it will ever change, if I will ever be happy with my body. It is a mental battle as well as a physical one...…

I make regular old fashion oats with a few raisins and a lil brown sugar.... seems you get a lot more bang for your buck that way. Also, 1200 calories a day I find to be nearly impossible...
