I would say to try not to cheat so early on. Give yourself some months to work on your lifestyle change then consider it. And I would say a cheat should be considered only 200-300 cals over not 1000 ya know! :)

Sounds like u are on the right track my hubby has just gave up fast food and alcohol he is eating healthy now too the calories just don't add up as quickly :) you're doing fine I'm sure but a glass off milk or a couple nuts will add a few extra cals to get u closer to your goal cals you should really try not to go too far…

Yes absolutely! Its horrible! However I've read somewhere that u burn an extra 300 cals a day during that time... To bad I eat at least 700 more ha ha!
