I posted about this exact same thing a while back! Its ridiculous our mind stick back there at our high weight! I know I wear 6-7 sizes smaller than I used to but my mind still sees the roll/muffin top, I wish I felt like the skinny girl people tell me I am. Someday maybe we'll get used to this lol!

I just want to say lean cuisines pretty much rock! And they are made pretty well (so says their spokesman on Oprah!) Also healthy choice steamers are delicious! I wor nights so I don't get family dinners these really fill in the blank! Someone mentioned the pumpkin ravioli, that one is on my highly reccomended list!

Thanks guys! One part of me totally knows I'm healthy and sexy the other still sees the old me... But hey the old me sure as heck didn't wear a sz 8 which is a great point my old 22's are long gone couldn't try em on if I wanted but I sure remember how big they were!

I put a ton of hot sauce in soup when I'm congested... I generally loosens it up and makes my nose start running! And tea with lemon and honey all day and all night!

OMG! I've been having the same problem! And I keep giving in I swear my body is scared its going to freeze and wants to put on the fat it had last winter! If you can figure it out let me know! I've worked so hard and now I just want treats all the time!

DON'T GO TO THE GYM!!! YOU DON'T WANT TO SPREAD IT! Take it easy rest and eat less so you don't have calories that are reqired to burn. This will pass and you will be back at it but please be considerate of ur gymmates by not sharing! ;)

Ug! I hate that I'm still 5 lbs from healthy bmi and people have been telling me for the last 20 pounds I shouldn't lose anymore! If NOTHING else I am going to make it to a healthy weight!

Amen for sanity! I fixed myself after my 3rd, that way even if I really wanted one I couldn't. Now I want one too.. Sometimes. But me and the hubby have "the brady bunch" already. Sanity MUST overrule!

1200 is pretty low for only needing to lose 20 lbs,,,, try water of course. Also my first few weeks of the plan I was hungry a lot... my body adjusted then it was easier... tough it out.
