it generally grosses me out too... as I said I RARELY eat it. It was on a whim... and I am so ridiculously disappointed... just at the minmal amount of time so many calories kept me going.... I knew it was a calorie splurge but WOW

Speaking of sandwiches, which I could eat for every meal, I tried the oroweat sandwich thins. OMG they are so delicious and only 100 calories per roll! I love sandwiches and with those u don't have to spend so many cals on the bread room for avacado or the evil cheese.

My guess is that ur body is starving u need to eat a MINMUM of 1200 cals more if ur working out

I was going to say smoothie too. They are really easy on a not so happy morning tummy. If you don't feel you have time to make them dannon makes some great low cal ones....

uh muscle density vs fat density... did you take ur measurements? This is not a program to melt the pounds off in days but over time... remember its a lifestyle change... it WILL take time. But u CAN do it!!!

I have the same problem I end up eating a lot of salad cold chicken cold fruit etc. and hey considering you aren't getting very close on your calories its the perfect time to add a bowl of ice cream.... things like breads pastas anything "heavy" are totally out of the question I just can't stomach it. that may be acurate IF you don't have cleaning in your regular daily activity level. Like if you chose "sedentary" I think excercise calories are meant for the above and beyond your norm....
