I have powdered protein, I'll go back to taking the time to do those.. You are correct they are quite a bit less especially since I only use water.

Anytime they make comments about each other, ignore them. If they don't get the hint than tell them you care about both of them and since they care about you they will try to get along and refrain from talking about someone you care about.

I only count water as water consumption, anything else just goes under calories.

Latest studies show that your muscles need to be warmed up to get a proper stretch without injury. Meaning after workout, however there is nothing wrong with doing some light stretching before, just be careful.

For me personally, changing up the routine I get bored very easily and like to do exercises that work multiples instead of one. Also not shy about correcting my form to the point of obsessive so when he isn't around I am doing it correctly. -Appearance? Obviously in shape -Experience? I hope so -Manners? Respectful…

I refuse to weigh myself, I had the same thing happen to me and got very discouraged. Don't weigh yourself it's pointless, it matters how you look not the number on the scale, correct? :wink:

Hourglass so proportionate and neither are on the small side so I look bigger no matter what.

I can understand looking bigger, but I am talking about stepping on the scale. In fact that is why I no longer weigh myself, because even though I lost several sizes my weight didn't really go down untill recently and at first I did actually gain some weight. I gained quite a bit of muscle on 1200 calories, but always ate back my exercise calories. Also when you are doing Cardio... You are using muscles, so this person probably never truly utilized the muscles except for typical day to day things, therefore building muscle.. :wink:

1lb of fat is 1lb of muscle, however... Muscle is denser than fat so it takes up less space. So when you are first working out and replacing you might not lose any "weight" when you are actually losing fat and gaining muscle and getting smaller.

You aren't to fat, you are just not used to it therefore uncoordinated with Zumba. The more you do it the more insynch you'll get.. ;) And I am speaking from experience of not being very coordinated with Zumba... Anything worth doing is work.
