Others may disagree but a calorie at 7am is the same calorie at 7pm. Keep track of what you eat within a 24 hr period. I know it is recommended that you don't eat later than 6 or 7 because your body should be resting and replenishing system functions. But for overall weightloss it is simply calories in calories out.
