I was wondering where you went. I'm glad you're back on track. You know that most of your weight loss is going to come from watching what you eat. how close are you to your goal weight? You know that last 10 lbs Is really the hardest to lose. If you only keep gaining and losing the same 4 lbs that's not bad at all.

I had this problem just a couple weeks ago. First you should take a close look at what you are eating. Are REALLY being honest with your calorie intake? Exercise counts for only about 20% of your weight loss. Be sure you haven't sent yourself in to survival mode. Are you eating enough to support the exercise you are doing?…
