I can attest to this. I lost about 12 pounds when I was tracking what I ate and then fell off the wagon.. the moment I stopped logging what I ate, I put on weight :( Thank you for sharing.

Well done!! We've all been there, thinking the fewer calories I eat, the more I will lose! So so So WRONG!!!! I find it difficult to eat all my calories everyday but I am trying hard to get as close as possible. Keep up the good work!!! Like Chevy88grl said - you have to eat ( the right stuff) to lose :):)
