I am in the same position. 8 weeks no loss but 4 inches. I am decreasing my calories to 1200. I say decrease your calories and see how it works.

I am with you on that. I actually had a whole week where I was thrown off. I then came back into my normal routine and still lost weight. You can enjoy yourself once a week. Also, I am experimenting this week as well. Last Sunday I didnt count calories, I ate what I wanted. We shall see Sunday at my weigh in.

I do bootcamp also. I would suggest getting an HRM. It's different for me everytime I go.

Who cares what people say. People have told me the same thing, even after losing only 10lbs. I know what my goals are and where I want to be. Do what makes you feel happy.

Can you bring your own food? I have a conference coming up, and I told my job not to order me any food, I am going to bring my own food and snacks. Can you run to Walmart and buy a workout DVD, or go for a walk or run

Use Mrs. Dash for your seasonings. It has no salt, and she has some delicious flavors. I love the Spicy flavor. I love the 100 calorie snacks. I think 2-3 a day is doable. It's better than eating a candy bar. I love sweets, and the 100 calorie packs are life savors. Maybe try incorporating yogart. Have you tried the 100 cal popcorn? What about sugar free jello. Or the 60 calorie sugar free chocolate pudding.
