Here's what I did with mine this morning. Cooked it before coming to work. Healthy Harvest Wheat Rotini (1 c.) 2 T EVOO 6 cherry tomatoes 2 c. fresh spinach 1/2 onion 1/2 bell pepper 4 oz. I most definitely am getting enough protein each day. I was wondering why I keep getting told to take BCAA's. My protein is on track, complex carbs, (check), adequate EVERYTHING.... Taking flaxseed in the a.m. and fish oil caps also... so I'm glad someone clarified it for me. Thank you very much :) Melissa

@Uponthisrock... I'm talking BCAA because I was told it will help repair while working out. I'm lifting 4 days per week and some are to failure. Was told that BCAA's will help with the post workout repair.
