  • SW: 193 CW: 192.4 Total loss: 0.6 I gained almost a lb, because of my irregular eating while traveling. But now I'm back home and will get right back to it. Hopefully next I'll show a better result.

  • Ok, weighing in. My starting weight was 193. Today´s weigh in: 191.5 It´s a small loss, but at least it´s something. It gives me the incentive to try harder this week. I´ll be traveling, so I probably won´t have time to log my food, but I will try to eat right and hopefully I will not regain this small loss.

  • Welcome! I hope you succeed. The key is to really keep a log of ALL the food you eat. That way you´ll know when to stop.
