ABSOLUTLY! I wouldn't make it on 1300 calories a day. I just quit smoking and I'm hungry AF LOLOLOL!! N I got to the gym and do HIIT on the elliptical and then walk on my breaks and lunch at work. I find that it REALLY helps my attitude too!

Thats a good question. I was on here for months and never losing weight. I joined WW January 15th at 167 and Im not 157. I cancelled my account to see if i can now lose with MFP again. My account is done on the 15th so we will see.

Every morning. It keeps me on track. If I ate bad that day I can see how it effected my weight.

I did Medifast when I was around 280 pounds. I lost like 14 pounds in the first week. But, I was tierd all the time and couldn't stick to something that strict. I gained my weight back plus some. So, Im trying to just eat healthier so I dont have to go through the ups and downs again.

I get off around 445pm so I try to hit the gym ASAP before I get too relaxed. Im usually done by 6 headed home to make dinner.

Starting Dukan this sunday and was looking for some support. I bought the book this weekend, Im praying I can stick to it. I always find it easier to start a diet on the weekend :)

I am hoping to maintain. Im not over doing it as usual. But, I do make sure I burn at least 400 calories a day to make up for most of my snacking :)

Ive lost over 165 pounds so I feel you! I can fit into a size 9 and its loose on my butt and thighs but the stomach doesn't want to go. My boyfried tells me to do crunches. Like he knows anything...

You are probably going to get alot of negative feed back on this post. But, I had it 07/14/2009 I weighed 330 pounds. I weigh 162. My weight fluntuates in the 160's a lot. It was the best decision of my life! I would do it again and again! My doctor said I wouldn't get under 180 but I did. Its definatly not the easy way…

I can't believe I have lost 6 pounds. 3 pounds since starting this diet, hows everyone doing this awesome monday morning?!

SO today I had bfast: protien bar Lunch: small salad with low calorie dressing, and some tilapia snack im going to have yogurt. Are we allowed to have protien bars? It has 3 net carbs and 2 grams of sugar 20 grams of protien.

I'm eating low-carb :) Its just that I have my Vita-top muffin every day for snack. I still eat veggies, lean meats, protien shakes. I should probably just tough it out. But, Im having a hard time letting go of my vita-tops!

Im 22 and I did the hard work and dieting MANY times in my 22 years of life. Obviously still have to work hard at it. And I by no means think I took the easy way out! Im so sorry for your loss!
