  • When I as doing my personal training my trainer told me only do weights every other day with a 24 hr rest period in between this way you wont bulk up and it gives your muscles a chance to repair. also make sure you stretch afterwards this helps alleviate some of the pain and again prevents you from bulking up. so your best…

  • I know what you mean I did the same thing the first day I joined and just added what I ate normally and was I ever surprised, I also was eating double my calorie intake. Now I take a little more care in my portion sizes and weigh or measure everything, It's driving my husband nuts but I'm losing the weight. Brenda:happy:

  • Thanks Arianne I was pretty thirsty this morning when I had it done and it was right after I worked out. If I remember correctly when I had It done 6 weeks ago it was in the evening so I probably was more hydrated then than I was first thing this morning. It was 1% higher today than it was back then.
