Mind adding me as a friend? I am also 25 and looking to lose the 20lbs that I have gained since getting married! I am pretty new to the MFP friend thing, but figure the more support I have, the better!

when you drastically change your diet, you affect all sorts of things in your body so tiredness is normal. however, if it keeps up after a few weeks, i would go see a doctor.

good for you for sticking with it for so long! however, you do have to splurge every once in a while or you will go insane! Just keep in mind that every day is a new day and don't let yesterday's mistakes get you down. also, a splurge day every once in awhile is not going to hurt your weightloss. hope that helps!

go check your bmr on the tools application...that should lift your spirits a bit!

tea is basically just flavored water so if you drink a cup of sweet tea, count is as a cup of water. one way you can cut back on calories, however, is to use splenda or another no calorie sweetener instead of sugar! hope that helps
