I marinate fish in lemon juice, crushed garlic, black pepper, salt, and a dash of soy sauce for 30 min. Then I bake it at 325F until the internal temperature is safe (according to my meat thermometer). Delish :)

I have the same problem. I have cut down my social interactions significantly, but I plan to reintegrate it back into my life when I have reached my goal weight. At that time, I will be eating maintenance calories, which will make it easier to eat some of the food everyone else is having.

Exercise has a host of benefits in addition to burning calories. E.g - cardiovascular conditioning - improves mood - raises your metabolic rate for hours after exercise is over - strengthens your body and many more. So, even if you eat all the calories back, you are still getting all the other benefits.

Last year, I tore my calf muscle due to strenous exercise without proper stretching. Go see a doctor to make sure you haven't done the same.

Did you know that athletes actually have really low heart rates? Just having a low heart rate does not indicate that you are not fit. So don't worry about it.
