Friends, I have hit a plateau. I am eating about 1200 calories a day (of which, 100g is protein). I measure everything with a scale. I am walking 10K steps on weekdays and 5K steps on weekends. If I am not building muscles, how am I getting stronger?
Hello MFP, I keep on hearing on these forums that it is impossible to build muscle while on a calorie deficit. I have lost 41lbs since July 2011, so, I must be on a calorie deficit. Really hungry today for no apparent reason.
I am really hungry today. I am not bored or dealing with any stress, so I do not think this is emotional at all. I also did not eat any foods that usually trigger cravings in me in the last couple of days. Is this an indication that my body needs more food (I am eating 1400 calories daily)? Should I just eat above my…
