Hello MFP folks,

I have an injured wrist (tendonitis), and am not allowed to put any weight on it. I want to do the 30 day shred program. If you have done it, can you please let me know whether it will require me to put any weight on my wrists? Thanks so much for your help.

There are push-ups and strength sections that mainly involve hand weights. You'd be able to do cardio and abs, but not the strength sessions. So it's up to you.

    Short answer no.

    level 1 has push ups.

level 2 has walking push ups

level 3 has lots of plank work.

I agree that its not ideal for someone with wrist injuries. You could however look at alternatives to push ups ect that work the same muscles and then just do those instead during that interval. The rest of the workout is great so it would be a shame to skip it completely.

Thanks for all the feedback - I really appreciate it. I have decided to hold off on trying it out for a month, hoping that my wrist gets better in the meantime. Thanks a lot!
