I heard a great quote today, and thought this might help motivate you:

"Weight loss is not elusive. It can be achieved through diligence and awareness. There is a recipe for success... all you have to do is follow it."

A lot of us give up because they do not see results. Before giving up, ask yourself the following questions:
* Are you really maintaining a calorie deficit?
* If you are just estimating how many calories you are eating, could you be overeating without realizing it?
* Are you eating too few calories?
* Can you move a little bit more?
* Are you overestimating your exercise calories?

The recipe for success is right here on this website - maintaining a healthy deficit, and doing it for a long enough time to make a difference. As long as you diligently maintain a healthy deficit over a period of time, the weight will come off.
