Hahaha! That is an excellent idea! I need to try that. :)

You are a runner the minute you lace up your sneakers and hit the pavement. Just keep going out there and running and eventually your stamina will increase. I have just started using the C25K app and so far, so good. Before that, I would just run as far as I could before feeling like I would pass out, then I'd walk until I…

Haha! Yes, blame me if you gain more. Seriously, though. Try it for a month. Don't jump on the scale in a week and give up. You can do this and you'll feel a lot better! Good luck!!!!

First off, I would say to open your mind to the advice that others are giving you. Secondly, I have to agree with everyone else who has said that you aren't eating enough. Even if you only eat 800 calories a day, your body will be trying desperately to hold onto whatever fat you have. It'll think you're starving to…

I think that you should start toning now and when you get to your goal weight, you'll have a better shot at looking toned. The more muscle you build, the smaller you'll start to look even if you weigh the same amount.

I have been losing weight at a pretty consistent rate and have not cut sugar out of my diet. Maybe your body is different or maybe you ate way more chocolate than you thought you were eating. I say, if you're within your calorie range, eat whatever the heck you want.

Great dress! Well done on your weight loss! Keep up the good work.

My biggest piece of advice is to take measurements of your body when you start. The scale isn't always your friend, especially if you're starting an exercise program. You will start to look and feel better even if the number on the scale doesn't move for a bit. I've lost about 11 pounds, but have lost 2 belt holes worth of…

I save up some calories so I can have an after dinner snack. If I'm already at or over my caloric goal for the day, I have a glass of water and try to go to bed a bit earlier than normal. It almost always works...except on those few days before my period. Then I'll go over my calorie goal but try not to eat anything with…

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 125. I think for my frame, which is pretty small, I could easily be 110 and not look crazy thin. But I also don't want to look like a teenaged boy, so I'm going with 125.

My biggest weaknesses are Chinese food and In-N-Out burgers. I mostly avoid them, but indulge about twice a month. It helps me. :)

Awesome! If you don't celebrate the small things, you'll get discouraged before you see a big thing. Well done!!

I started walking up hills and found that made running on flat ground SOOOO much easier! Try it. Good luck, I hope it gets easier for you!

I think waiting a month before weigh-ins doesn't keep you as accountable as it does if you weigh yourself more frequently. I would say once a week is probably a more realistic approach. And there's nothing wrong with losing a pound a week! It's better than gaining that pound! :)

I recently went shopping and bought a pair of shorts because they were 2 sizes smaller than the size I was wearing when I started dieting. I thought, "These 8's fit me! I'm buying them!" I was also going to buy them in a 6 because that's my goal size and I really liked the shorts, but I didn't for fear I wouldn't ever get…

Thanks for posting this! I haven't been eating back my calories and then wondering why I've been so hungry. Also makes me want to exercise more so I can eat more. LOL!
