Yea I started listening to others and found myself eating out of depression, I know my levels and I'm having a step by step to get back not let negative things put me down to not caring for my body, after awhile.

I'm 5'4.5" Heaviest: 250lbs (September 2012) Lightest: 140lbs (2005) Current: 249.2 (September 2012 living in my heaviest now) Goal: 120-125

Thank you for your comment, I thought I was the only one that had let this happen. I felt like people saw me a year ago and now I tried to hide and don't leave home, unless its work or going to the store. I haven't seen anyone since I gained my weight back .. thank you for your time :)
