    WOW what an inspiration!!!!! You look great! More importantly I'm glad you are feeling better. That's what Im looking to do as well, is feel better, looking better is only a side effect. I can only hope to be as sucessful as you!

    First, I'd like to give you props for saying that it IS a lifestyle change and not a diet. Not many people understand that. I'm in the same boat as you. Second, you go girl! You look fantastic and I'm sure you feel fantastic and much better. 110lbs lost is AMAZING! Keep up the great work.

    great transformation. Have you noticed how you stand better now? Look at your feet in the before photo. You look more confident and happier in the after photos. Keep up the good work. Looking good!
