I want to get down to 140. I weighed in at 166 this morning (the lowest I've been in awhile) so I think 4 months is plenty of time to do so! I just want to be able to feel comfortable in a swim suit.

People who don't clean the machine when they're done. People who spend forever on the machines when its crowded and all the signs say no more than 20 min if there is a wait People who just sit on machines doing maybe one rep here and there.

I'm a 36 E and I wear a normal bra and then 2 to 3 sports bras on top of that. I don't like the feeling of running with just a sports bras

I have shin splints from dancing and I found that when I loosely tape up my shins (I use horse tape) it helps a lot with the pain.

I work all week so I'm giving up snacking on french fries and all the other fatty food they let us eat.

That's what I thought but the way the rest of my lifestyle is I'm not sure if I should set it as active. I'm not allowed to sit while I'm at work so it's a guarantee of at least 4 hours of standing and then depending on how busy we are usually determines how much walking I get in (I always have my pedometer on me).

I forgot my pedometer when I left for work today but I was constantly moving tonight. I don't think I stopped for over 4 hours and let me tell you, my feet are feeling it. I know that I easily walked over 6 miles tonight.

I had spaghetti squash for dinner last night at it was so good and simple. Cut squash lengthwise and remove seeds.
