I'm so confused as to which I should pick. Generally I'm pretty lazy because work wears me out. I am a waitress so I usually work 5 hours max on weekdays and anywhere from 10-12 per day on the weekend. Should I set my profile as sedentary and use my work as exercise?! Or something different?
Any help is greatly appreciated
Thank you!

when i did mine i didnt bring the excersize i do into the equation. I have a desk job so i put sedentary, however i'm at the gym 6 days a week for a minimun of 45min0

Your daily job is considered active IMO. Waitresses are on their feet A LOT.0

That's what I thought but the way the rest of my lifestyle is I'm not sure if I should set it as active. I'm not allowed to sit while I'm at work so it's a guarantee of at least 4 hours of standing and then depending on how busy we are usually determines how much walking I get in (I always have my pedometer on me).0
