Make sure you're eating enough calories! If you are really active, you may even need more than the minimum 1200/day. If you eat less than 1200 calories per day then your body will go into starvation mode and slow your metabolism and hold ON to more body fat! I've done it multiple times, and never got past the first 2 weeks and Level 2. I started again this morning and hope I can manage to keep up with it this time. It's only 20 min a day, so I need to stop making excuses not to do it. Good luck to you! You'll be sore tomorrow :)

You really don't want to lose more than 2 lbs per week, which would put you at around 24 lbs by Christmas if you keep up with that.
