sadly when I was 15 I made up my own called the chocolate milk diet. breakfast was a bowl of cereal, lunch was 1 litre of chocolate milk, I felt so full I wouldnt eat most of my dinner...gave me lots of calcium but dont think it was effective in the least LOL I think I just really liked Chocolate milk.
