  • Check out Veena and Neena's videos. They are identical twins and have several videos. Some of their videos are made to be workouts and you will work up a sweat. The instructional videos are not much of a workout until you get good at the moves and can really dance on your own. :smile:
  • Well, never mind. I just checked out the help section and found my answer. I ordered a Jawbone UP yesterday so I should be able to tell how many calories I burn once I start using it. I am just now learning how important it is to eat enough calories.

  • I just completed Day 1 and recorded my sets and reps on MFP. I am confused and disappointed that there is no info on how many calories I burned. This is the first time I have done any strength training and would like to understand.
