  • I'm 23! Fairly new to MFP and looking for friends as well! Ready to rock my wedding dress in t-minus 4 months and not feel so horrible all the time! We are all so young with our lives infront of us, we got this!
  • This literally happens to me every single day. I work at a small bank and we are always recieving goodies, which up until this week when I started MFP I was all for. Today we got a plate of freshly baked cookies. Talk about hard to resist! My teller ate an extra for me :)
  • Going to send you a request! Bride to be in September of this upcomming fall with the similar goal of being able to walk down the aisle with confidence! We can do this!

  • I over count my calories when I'm unsure rather than put too few in. That way at the end of the day I'm still happy and proud of myself and I know I'm not cheating myself out of my weight goal, even if it says I'm a few calories over I know I'm not! :) I think of it like my money, I always used to round up in my checkbook…
