I just force myself regardless of whether I want it or not. I find it easier to drink 3 glasses in a row, then leave it an hour & drink another 3. & drink 2-4 more glasses throughout the day as you're bound to get thirsty at some point. That way you're guaranteed to get at least your 8 glasses. (:

I think mine most bother me when I go to the beauticians for a Hollywood waxing. Because I know women are a lot more judgemental. That being said, I do find it amusing that I'm more embarrassed about her looking at my stretch marks than being embarrassed about having my vajayjay on full display to a complete stranger.

I have a few small stretch marks on my inner thighs from when I gained weight aged about 14-15 from drinking alcohol almost every day & then drunk eating everything in sight when I got home. I was UK size 10, but I'm now 18 years old, & a UK 6-8 & they bother me so much it's untrue - I judge my body a lot more harshly than…

Use meat-free versions of the bacon & sausages - for example, Quorn - very low in fat & high in protein. & use less oil when frying.

The only thing I can reccomend is joining the gym & concentrate on toning your thighs & doing lots of cardio. But please don't do any drastic diets &/or worry too much if you don't get the size gap you were after. It's so not worth it... Xx

The main reason I don't eat meat now is because I'm used to being vegetarian. It initially started when I was a baby/toddler because I didn't like the texture or taste of the meat. As I got older, by about the age of 4-6 my reason was because I was a bit of an animal fan. I hated meat before I could even feed myself, my…

Taylor Lautner. Or Bruno Mars. Or David Bowie, (despite his age) Especially how he was in The Labyrinth. His package in those leggings - need I say more?! Omg. Those 3 men are perfection. xxx

- arrogance - ...but also men that blush when you speak to them. - lack of enthusiasm to do something different - Being incapable of having an interesting conversation as they have such a lack of brain cells that they can barely string a sentence together - being over-posessive - BO - bad breath - bad manners - showing off…

all of you saying you crave pizza - try one of these recipes, it's not quite pizza but you get a similar taste! Pizza-Wrap - Tesco goodness whole-n-white wraps (only 75 cals per wrap) - tomato puree - oragano - basil - grated cheese (buy the low fat variety & have extra) - pepperoni (I don't eat meat so I'm just adding…

Yeah I think they're called Shirataki noodles, 0 carbs & 0 calories BUT they're really expensive & not very easy to get hold of depending on where you live. I live in England & would have to order them offline it's like £40 or something stupid for a pack of 5, However I've heard if you look in asian foodstores they…

Thank you to everyone that has been understanding, I asked this as I have started to realise how much the intake of calories is making me constantly worry, & starting to realise it isn't 'normal'.. I just wanted to see if anyone else was going through the same mindset as me right now, & if it was normal to feel like this..…
