Guilty pleassure... Mince pies. Help me!

I love mince pies, I prefer normal mince pies whereas my mam buys the ones with icing on the top... Even worse!
I think I might limit myself to Christmas day for a mince pie but how can I resist!!!

If I workout and burn enough calories for it can I eat it or is that defeating the object???

    If it fits into your calories, you can enjoy the odd mince pie.

    If you love it and you plan your exercise and food to fit it in, why not have a slice at Christmas?
  • I love mince pies too, but the pastry is where the cals are so just bin the top of the pie? I've never tried a mince pie with icing on the pastry top. x

    Also its not a crime to treat yourself once in a while, dont make it a guilty pleasure just make it a pleasure :-)

  • Yeah instead of the pastry top it's icing... There amazing! Going to definitely work so I can have them I can't get enough! Haha

    I've purposefully been avoiding the puff pastry mince pies, they are just so good
