I'm pretty much the same - cooking for myself, don't want/can't afford to waste food and have a very small freezer - and so I tend to eat the same thing for a week and then change it the next week. It is a bit boring but its economical!

The only reason I avoid carbs later on isn't anything to do with weight but digesting starchy carbs takes much more energy than other food groups and I tend to find it affects the quality of my sleep if I eat them too late!

Because I am marathon training (fool!) I will be running on at least one rest day and on another rest day I'm planning to do some yoga.

The turkey muffins are sooooo good! I'm addicted! I made some lime salsa to go with them too and its heaven! Gonna try and make some protein bars at the weekend :)

Personally I don't tend to eat starchy carbs after 7pm but if I'm hungry I'm all over the protein and veg!

What weight dumbbells are people using? The lightest ones I have are 2kg (approx 4.4lbs) so I'm gonna have to go with them!
