I think Davinas are great but Jillians are way better! She doesn't really shout on her DVDs either - not like she does on Biggest Loser hehe!

Bettie Page surely has the most amazing figure! I won't complain about skinny girls because we all come in different shapes and sizes but I ALWAYS want to feed Keira Knightley.

If there are any UK people they should know that this is actually labelled as glucose-fructose syrup here instead. Same thing different name and its starting to appear in everything! :frown:

Ok I made Jamie Easons Chocolate Protein Bars and they are sooo yummy! They have a real cake consistency and have a sweetness to them. I'm not sure where I sit on the whole sweeteners thing so I'm not sure how often I'll make them but they are gooood!

If you are trying to be healthy though diet and low cal drinks are WORSE for you then the full sugar versions as they are full of evil sweeteners. Better to avoid them all together!

Chest and tri was the killer for me this week. I was doing the pushups on my knees and using 5kg (approx 11lbs) for chest press, chest fly (no cable machine) and overhead tricep extensions. Also did dips. Owie!

I had to go cold turkey. If you are struggling a nice alternative is to put some squash in carbonated water if you miss the bubbles :)

I scramble 4/5 egg whites and mix the quick cook oats into it! Then you can flavour that in any way you want :)

Awesome! Looks like its going to be available in all the major supermarkets too! I found the official UK website and one handy thing it has is a conversion chart for how much you should use which I think is gonna be great for baking protein bars and the like! http://truvia.co.uk/recipes/conversion/

Starting week 2 today! Last week I think I found the Back & Biceps workout the most challenging to complete but I definitely suffered the most after the legs workout! That might have to do something with my running as well but wither way I felt it for 2 days after! Nutrition side of things seems to be going ok-ish but need…

I've been feeling this way all week! I won't lie, I was eating terribly before had totally got off the healthy eating track but now I'm back on it I seem to feel the need to eat much MUCH less to the point a couple of days I have struggled to hit 1200kcal!

Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman is my favourite book :)

I love Mike Mignola's stuff its probably my favourite though I hold a soft spot for all things Gotham in my life. My first series that I read monthly was the original Catwoman run drawn by Jim Balent and I went back and collected every single issue :) My current favourite writer is Ed Brubaker and my favourite artist is…
